It is expected that by the end of this month the plenum of the multiparty negotiations will have approved an interim constitution, including a bill of rights and an electoral bill, which together with the agreements already enacted in law will constitute the package for the transition period.

The Plenary began its work on the implementation of resolution II with the consideration of a set of draft rules for the registration of pioneer investors and draft rules on confidentiality, data and information (LOS PCN WP.16 and Corr.1).
