The Committee recommends that the State party consider ratifying ILO Convention No. 2 on unemployment.

The ILO Labour Conference was not able to adopt the proposed convention on the fishing sector and asked the Governing Body of ILO to include the item on the agenda of the Conference in 2007 (ILO press release ILO 05 31, 16 June 2005).

The Committee recommends that the State party consider ratifying ILO Convention No. 2 (1919) concerning Unemployment.
